Erik Meier Psychology 202 October 25th, 2011 Evaluation of Gay and Heterosexual acceptance I chose this term on an evaluation of gay/ homosexual and true espousal because I thought that it was an interesting topic, and I give way a daughter of my own so I passel disturb to the correction on a personal level. They did this study to compare the extent of activated and behavioural problems of adopted pincerren given the sexual orientation of their adoptive parents. They had almost interesting bits about the go of chelaren in the child welfare trunk waiting to be adoptive and the number of gay and homosexual parents wanting to adopt. Interestingly enough, the gay and homosexual parents wanting to adopt far exceeded those children in the welfare system. Their possible action was that parent sexual orientation would not go through a significant impact upon the emotional and behavioral functio ning of their children. If I had to throw an idea out there I would grade that people are people so why would their choose childrens emotional and behavioral functioning differ from those with children with straight parents. Research, in the Ryan and Cash report, show that adoptive children with gay and homosexual parents operate at an average/typical to strength range.

It notes that the adoptive children were growing up in strong, sturdy households. I target that gay and lesbian adoptive parents were discriminated against and should have the same endangerment to have family as anyone else.
